UN ANNOUNCES COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT ANTI CORRUPTION EFFORTS TO TANZANIA

United Nation Residence Coordinator to Tanzania and UNDP Resident Representative Dr. Alberic Kacou giving out a statement at the Anti-Corruption Strategy and Action Plan (NASCAP) II Evaluation Stake holder validation meeting saying as the evaluators note it is key to address the root causes of corruption so as to promote good governance and to foster free and fair social, economic and political environment for the benefit of all Tanzanians.

Director General of Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau (PCCB) Dr. Edward Hosea speaking at the stakeholders meeting to validate the Evaluation Report of national Anti-Corruption Strategy and Action Plan (NASCAP) II where he said this process is a solid commitment from the Government, The Private Sector, Civil Society and Development Partners to collectively share the responsibility of tackling the challenges of corruption at its root cause.
