ZANTEL APPOINTS NEW ZANZIBAR HEAD OF COMMERCIAL

Zantel, the leading mobile company in Zanzibar is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Mussa Head of Commercial Zanzibar effective from Tuesday December 13, 2011.This position is key to continuing to improve Zantel’s Commercial operations in Zanzibar.

Mohammed Mussa will be in charge of the Zanzibar Commercial function and he will be responsible for the 4 verticals of Commercial function, which includes Consumer Sales, Corporate Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience. 

Ahmed Mokhles, Zantel Chief Commercial Officer commenting on Mohammed Mussa’s appointment said his appointment is strategic so as to give importance to the Zanzibar customers and Commercial function in particular.

Mr. Mussa joined Zantel 12 years ago as a System Administrator and held the positions of IT Manager and Key Account Manager in Zanzibar.
