2.    agreement of payment plan
3.    10% deposit (partially refundable)
3.    Sales agreement – final binding document (to be signed and returned within 14 days of receipt)
4.    June 2013 – completion of payment and handing over of apartment.

This payment plan allows you until June 2013 to complete your payments with your last payment being in June 2013, at which point construction will have been completed and your new home will be ready for you to move into.

Option 3 – Long Term Payment Plan:
This payment plan allows you to pay for your new home while you live in it and at your own pace. By getting a mortgage from your bank you can make smaller payments for up to 180 months. GLS will assist you by providing supporting documentation required in securing your home loan.

·    20% down payment for Mortgage facility with bank
·    Mortgages can be for up to 15 years (180 months) so payments can be even lower.
