On behalf of the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) and on my own behalf, I wish to congratulate Hon Issa Ngendakumana (immediate past EALA Member) upon his appointment last week as the Minister for Good Governance and Privatisation in the Republic of Burundi.
Let me take this opportunity at the outset to salute the President of the Republic of Burundi, His Excellency, Pierre Nkurunziza for appointing Hon Ngendakumana to his Cabinet thus bestowing full confidence in his leadership abilities.
